By accessing and using the Brownout Audio website or the Brownout physical device, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement with Therewatt LLC d/b/a Brownout Audio (hereafter referred to as Brownout Audio). If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service or device.

2. Use License

The Brownout device is designed for use with 9V center-negative effects pedals. By purchasing and using the Brownout, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• The Brownout is intended for use with standard 9V center-negative effects pedals only
• Using the Brownout with equipment requiring different voltage or polarity may cause damage to your equipment
• You assume all risks associated with the use of the Brownout, including but not limited to damage to your equipment
• Brownout Audio is not responsible for any damage caused by the intended or unintended use of the Brownout
• You are responsible for ensuring that your equipment is compatible with the Brownout and that you follow all provided instructions
• The Brownout should only be used with equipment that can safely operate at variable power levels
• Any modifications to the Brownout device will void the warranty and may create unsafe conditions

By using the Brownout, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and agree to use the device at your own risk. Brownout Audio disclaims all liability for any damage to equipment, personal injury, or other consequences resulting from the use of the Brownout.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on Brownout Audio's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Brownout Audio makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Brownout Audio or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Brownout Audio's website.
